Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all taxes (including Canadian GST/HST/QST) on your behalf — you will never receive an unexpected tax bill.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every new account starts on the Starter plan for free. You can upgrade to Pro at any time, and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
What currencies are accepted?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Paddle accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Do parent and player accounts count toward my seat limit?
No. Seat limits apply to evaluator and coach accounts only. Parent and player (PlayerFam portal) accounts are unlimited on all plans.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
